About Reveforge
We are not a
training institute.
Reveforge is a career accelerator. The distinction matters. An institute finishes when the syllabus finishes. We're only finished when you can build something real, explain it clearly, and hold your own in an interview room.
The reason this exists
I was the student
who wasn't ready.
I studied Electronics and Communication and came out of college with a degree and almost no idea how software actually gets built. My first job was writing UI in Thrissur. Everything useful I knew after that, I learned on the job — usually a few weeks after I was expected to already know it.
Over the next seven years that job took me to Bahrain, then to Scotland for a master's, then to an engineering team in Edinburgh, and now to a remote senior role building enterprise systems. Along the way I sat in a lot of interviews — on both sides of the table.
What separates the graduate who gets hired from the one who doesn't is almost never intelligence. It's proof, and it's the ability to explain what you did.
The students I met back home were not less capable than the developers I worked with abroad. They just had nothing to show. No deployed project, no GitHub history, no way to say here is a thing I built and here is why I built it that way. They had marks. Marks are not evidence.
Reveforge is the training I wish had existed when I was twenty-one. Taught in Malayalam, because that's how most of us actually think, with the English technical vocabulary you'll need the moment you join a team. Built around projects you deploy, not chapters you finish. With AI treated as part of the craft, the way every working engineer now uses it — and with honest instruction on where it quietly gets things wrong.
I still write code for a living. That's deliberate. The day I stop, this curriculum starts drifting away from what teams are actually hiring for — and the entire point of Reveforge is that it doesn't.
What we run on
Five things
we don't negotiate.
These aren't wall posters. They're the filter we use when deciding what to teach, who to hire and what to say no to.
Student success first
Every decision gets measured against one question: does this make the student more employable? If the answer is no, we don't do it — however good it looks in marketing.
Learn by building
Nobody learns to write software by watching someone write software. You build, it breaks, you fix it. That loop is the entire curriculum.
Innovation through AI
AI has changed how the work gets done. Pretending otherwise would be dishonest teaching. We integrate it everywhere, and we teach its limits just as carefully.
Integrity & accountability
We tell you what a program can do for you and what it can't. If we make a mistake, we say so and fix it. Nobody is sold a program that's wrong for them.
Continuous improvement
Curriculum that doesn't change is curriculum that's already out of date. Ours is reviewed against what teams are actually hiring for, continuously.
Learn. Build. Launch.
Bridging the gap between what colleges teach and what the industry expects — through practical, AI-integrated, career-focused learning.
Plain talk
Things we won't do
You are about to spend money and months on this. You deserve to know where our limits are before you commit, not after.
We won't guarantee you a job
No training company can, and any that says otherwise is selling you something. What we commit to is preparation: real projects, a portfolio, career guidance and dedicated placement readiness. We do the preparation. You do the interview.
We won't invent testimonials
You will not find manufactured student quotes or borrowed success stories on this site. When we have graduates with results, you'll hear from them directly. Until then, judge us on the curriculum — it's fully open to read.
We won't sell you the wrong program
If your goal doesn't match what we offer, admissions will tell you — even if that means pointing you elsewhere. A student in the wrong program is a bad outcome for both of us.
We won't charge extra for career readiness
Forge Launch — 60+ hours of communication, resume, LinkedIn, aptitude and interview training — is included with every program. Separating the skill from the ability to get hired for it makes no sense to us.
The long view
Where we're
headed
Stated plainly as goals, not achievements. This is the company we're building toward, and we'd rather you hold us to it.
- 01
Kerala first. Serve students across the state properly before expanding anywhere else — beginning at Naduvattom, Edappal.
- 02
Then South India. Extend the same Malayalam-first, AI-integrated model regionally, adapted for each state rather than copy-pasted.
- 03
By 2036, pan-India. Our ten-year target: over 50,000 students trained and a network of 500+ hiring partners across the country.
- 04
A real placement network. Building genuine hiring relationships company by company — not a logo wall of partners who've never hired anyone from us.
Come and see
Naduvattom, Edappal.
Or wherever you are.
Our campus is in Naduvattom, Edappal, Malappuram district — and every program also runs online, so distance isn't the thing that decides your career. Walk in, call, or message us on WhatsApp.
