Placement Executive

Build Reveforge's placement network company by company, and help learners turn their projects and Forge Launch preparation into interviews and offers.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain relationships with companies hiring developers, testers, designers, analysts and marketers
  • Source openings, match them to job-ready learners and coordinate interviews
  • Work with mentors and the Forge Launch team to track each learner's placement readiness
  • Organise hiring drives, mock-interview panels and industry sessions
  • Keep accurate placement records; we publish only real, verifiable outcomes

What we're looking for

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong spoken and written communication in English and Malayalam
  • Experience in placement, recruitment, HR or B2B relationship roles
  • Comfortable using AI tools, spreadsheets and a CRM to manage a pipeline

Nice to have

  • Existing network with IT companies in Kerala, Bengaluru or the Middle East

Teach and mentor learners in our AI-integrated MEAN stack program (Forge Stack): MongoDB, Express, Angular and Node.js, with AI tools, agentic workflows and system design.

What you'll do

  • Deliver hands-on sessions across the Forge Stack curriculum
  • Review learners' code and guide their capstone projects to deployment
  • Teach responsible use of AI coding tools, RAG and tool-calling agents in real projects
